My favorite infant car seat for twins is the Chicco Keyfit 30 because it is easily one of the safest, top-rated car seats on the market. Specifically, this Chicco is a great car seat for newborn twins because of its ability to accommodate infants as little as 4 pounds! Most twins are born early (even full term is early for twins) and are typically small when they leave the hospital. The Chicco Keyfit 30 is the preferred car seat of many NICUs because it’s the perfect combination of safety, convenience, comfort and quality in addition to its minimum weight limit!
We had two Chicco Keyfit 30 car seats when my twins were born because the car seats easily snap into the Babytrend Double Snap and Go. You can also purchase extra Chicco Keyfit 30 Infant Car Seat Base which makes it super easy and convenient to switch between vehicles!
The Chicco Keyfit car seat is the best stroller for twins because it's highly rated, extremely safe, comfy, easy to use and not too heavy. When my twins were born, we took them both home in these car seats.
TWIN TIP: If you don’t know this already, most infants born early will have to pass a car seat test when they leave the hospital. This requires the baby to sit strapped into their car seat for approximately 90 minutes while their breathing and heart rate are monitored to make sure they can safely travel in a car seat at that angle for any given amount of time.

What can I say other than the twin Table for Two is worth its weight in gold!! An absolute MUST HAVE for feeding twins. You can start using it when the twins are just a few months old to bottle feed or just let them lounge. My twins used their Table for Two past 12 months as a place to hang out!
